共通の基本方針（すべての拡張機能）

Hisator Notebook（以下「当方」）が提供する下記のブラウザー拡張機能は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、以下の共通原則に従って設計・運用されています。

拡張機能 1 英語名: Mouse Gestures – Tab Control

1. マウスジェスチャー・タブ操作

Web ページ上で右ボタンを押したまま上下左右に動かして離すことで、割り当てたタブ操作を実行する拡張機能です。

収集する情報

個人情報、閲覧履歴、ページの URL や内容、描いたジェスチャーの軌跡を収集・外部送信しません。

使用する権限と目的

拡張機能 2 英語名: Tempo – Video Playback Speed

2. 動画再生速度変更（Tempo）

Web ページ上の HTML5 動画（<video> 要素）の再生速度を、ツールバーのポップアップまたは動画上の小さな操作パネルから 0.25〜16 倍に変更する拡張機能です。

収集する情報

個人情報、閲覧履歴、閲覧したページの URL、動画の内容や視聴履歴を収集・外部送信しません。

Common Privacy Principles (All Extensions)

All browser extensions listed on this page follow these strict privacy principles:

  • No Data Collection: We do not collect personal information, browsing history, visited URLs, page content, video viewing history, or user inputs.
  • Zero External Transmission: No information is ever sent to external servers. Our extensions use no backend servers, accounts, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or remote code.
  • Local-Only Settings: Only your preferences are saved locally in your browser via chrome.storage.local and are removed when the extension is uninstalled.
  • Limited Use Disclosure:
    • We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties.
    • We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to each extension's single purpose.
    • We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

1. Mouse Gestures – Tab Control

A browser extension that performs user-assigned tab actions when you hold the right mouse button, draw one of 12 directional shapes, and release.

Information We Collect

This extension does not collect or transmit personal information, browsing history, page content, URLs, or gesture trails.

Information Handled Locally in Your Browser

  • Mouse positions: Processed transiently in page memory only while the right button is held to recognize the shape and render the trail and guide; immediately discarded upon release or cancellation and never stored.
  • Tab information (such as URL and state): Checked in memory solely to indicate whether gestures work on the current page, skip protected browser/store pages, prepare open tabs, and execute the tab actions you trigger. Never stored or sent anywhere.
  • Settings (chrome.storage.local): Enabled/disabled state, shape-to-action assignments, tab wrapping, trail and guide visibility, language, and text size.

Permissions Used

  • storage: Saves your preferences locally in the browser.
  • scripting: Prepares already-open tabs with packaged extension scripts after install, update, or site permission grant so reload is unnecessary.
  • sessions: Used solely for the "Reopen closed tab/window" action.
  • tabs / activeTab: Checks page compatibility and executes the tab action assigned to your gesture.
  • Host permissions (http://*/*, https://*/*, and optional file:///*): Listens for right-button drags and draws the trail and guide in an isolated Shadow DOM overlay.

2. Tempo – Video Playback Speed

A browser extension that adjusts the playback speed (0.25× to 16×) of HTML5 <video> elements on web pages from the toolbar popup or a compact on-video controller.

Information We Collect

This extension does not collect or transmit personal information, browsing history, visited URLs, or video content and viewing status.

Information Handled Locally in Your Browser

  • Video playback state: Observes <video> elements and playback rates in memory within the tab solely to apply your chosen speed, render the on-video control panel, and update the toolbar badge. Never stored or transmitted.
  • Tab information: Checked transiently when you click the toolbar button to determine whether a tab reload is needed and to reload only that tab when requested.
  • Settings (chrome.storage.local): Extension ON/OFF state, selected playback speed, "Show on videos" and "Remember speed" options, and display language.

Permissions Used

  • storage: Keeps your settings locally in the browser.
  • activeTab: Checks whether the active tab needs reloading when you open the popup and reloads that tab upon request.
  • Content scripts on web pages (http://*/*, https://*/*, file:///*, including embedded frames): Finds <video> elements, changes their playback speed, and displays the on-video controller.
